Hi, I'm Rajesh V U, a technololgist who loves turning small problems into simple, elegant tools.
Over the years, I've often found myself searching for quick conversions — whether it was converting megabytes to gigabytes, calculating an SIP return, or figuring out the difference between two dates. Most of the tools I found were either cluttered, slow, or unreliable. So, I decided to build my own.
That's how UnitsMash.com was born — a place where conversions and calculations are fast, accurate, and effortless.
What I Build
What began as a small project for basic unit conversions has now grown into a collection of useful tools across multiple categories:
- Unit Conversions - data, weight, length, temperature, area, time, and more.
- Finance Tools - SIP calculator, SWP calculator, Inflation calculator, FD maturity calculator, and more
- Date & Time Utilities - Age calculator, Date difference calculator, Unix epoch time converter, etc.
- Mathematical Tools - BMI calculator, Percentage calculators, Surface area and Volume tools, and others
Each tool is designed with one goal in mind — to save you time and make everyday tasks simpler.

- UnitsMash Theme — a custom Visual Studio Code theme designed by me, featuring a clean, developer-friendly color palette that enhances readability and coding comfort.
What Keeps Me Going
Whether it's helping someone calculate an SIP return, convert grams to pavan, or simply check their age in seconds, I love building tools that are genuinely helpful.
The idea that a student, professional, developer, or curious learner finds value in even the smallest tool keeps me inspired.
Along with software development, I also have strong expertise in Storage Area Networks (SAN), having worked extensively with enterprise storage solutions and infrastructure systems.
And when I'm not writing code or working with SAN systems, you'll likely find me sketching a new cartoon idea — a hobby that often sparks fresh creativity.
